2008 Gold Mining
With all of the travel this summer I have not been able to compile the pictures that were taken of the 08 mining trip. When I do, I will post more here. The picture above is of the largest nugget we found this year. It went just over a quarter ounce. The total finds were down from previous years but we were pleased with what we were able to do the first year on a new claim. The gold was very coarse and larger than we expected. Next year's development should tell us what we have.
